Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting for Halton Holegate with Halton Fenside will be held at Halton Holegate Methodist Chapel, Station Road, Halton Holegate, on Thursday 8th May 2025 commencing at 6:30pm.
All are welcome to attend.
Agenda
1. Welcome from the Chairman.
2. To approve the minutes from the previous Annual Parish Meeting.
3. To receive annual reports from:
a. The Chairman
b. LCC Councillor
c. ELDC Councillor
4. To receive an annual report on the Halton Holegate and Alice Audley Charity Trust from Cllr T Robson.
5. To receive an update on the Halton Holegate Community Safety Plan from Cllr C Edwards.
6. Questions from residents of the parish.
Only residents of Halton Holegate and Halton Fenside that are registered electors will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
