Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting to be held at Halton Holegate Methodist Chapel, Station Road, Halton Holegate, on Thursday 13th July 2023 commencing at 7:00pm.

There will be a public session at the beginning of the meeting. At the discreton of the Chair, members of the public will be invited to make representations or to ask questions in respect of matters on the agenda and other matters in the Parish. Time is set at a maximum of 3 minutes per person, or 15 minutes overall. 

A maximum of a further 10 minutes will be allocated to receive brief reports from the Police and elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.

If the time allocated is not required, the Council will go into formal session.

AGENDA

1.   Chairman’s Welcome.

2.   Apologies for Absence.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting. 

3.   Declarations of Interest.

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.

4.   To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on Thursday 18th May 2023.

5.   To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration.

b.   To approve secton 2, Accounting Statement.

11.   To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, withdrawals, or amendments. 

a.   Housing Development on Halton Road - 600 houses.

12.   To receive an update on highways, footpath, and road closures.

a.   To consider the problems with parking on Station Road

13.   To consider updates to the website so that it is compliant. 

14.   To receive an update on the Alice Audley Jackson Trust.

15.   To receive confirmation that all Declarations of Acceptance of Office and Disclosable Pecuniary Interest forms have been received.

16.   To receive an update on the official name of the Parish Council.

17.   To consider agenda items for the next meeting.

18.   To confirm the date of the next meeting as Thursday 14th September.

19.   To invite applicants for co-option to present themselves to the Parish Council and to allow the Councillors present to ask them questions.

20.   To resolve to exclude the public and the media to discuss confidential matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.

21.   To consider applications for co-option.
