Notice is hereby given that the
Annual Parish Meeting
for Halton Holegate with Halton Fenside
will be held at Halton Holegate Methodist Chapel, Station Road, Halton Holegate, on
Thursday 14th May 2026
commencing at 6:30pm.
All are welcome to attend.
Agenda
1. Welcome from the Chairman.
2. To approve the minutes from the previous Annual Parish Meeting.
3. To receive an un-audited statement of income and expenditure for the financial year 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
4. To receive annual reports from:
a. The Chair of the Parish Council
b. Lincolnshire County Councillor
c. East Lindsey District Councillor
5. To receive an annual report on the Halton Holegate and Alice Audley Charity Trust.
6. Questions from residents of the parish.
Only residents of Halton Holegate and Halton Fenside that are registered electors will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
