To whom it may concern,
You are welcome to attend the Full Council Meeting to be held at Halton Holegate Methodist Chapel, Station Road, Halton Holegate, on Thursday 7th March 2024 commencing at 7:00pm.
There will be a public session at the beginning of the meeting. At the discreton of the Chair, members of the public will be invited to make representations or to ask questions in respect of matters on the agenda and other matters in the Parish. Time is set at a maximum of 3 minutes per person, or 15 minutes overall.
A maximum of a further 10 minutes will be allocated to receive brief reports from the Police and elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.
If the time allocated is not required, the Council will go into formal session.

AGENDA
1. Chairman’s Welcome.
2. Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest.
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.
4. To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on Thursday 11th January 2023.
5. Co-Option
a. To invite applicants for co-option to present themselves to the Parish Council and to allow the Councillors to ask questions of the applicants.
b. To resolve to exclude the public and the media to discuss confidential matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
c. To consider applications for co-option.
d. To resolve to reopen the meeting to the public and the media.
e. To declare the result of the vote.
f. To invite the successful candidate(s) to join the meeting.
6. Finances:
a. To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration for January.
b. To receive an updated Bank Reconciliation for January.
c. To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration for February.
d. To receive an updated Bank Reconciliation for February.
e. To confirm the date of the end of year internal audit.
7. To receive reports from:

8. To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, withdrawals, or amendments.

b. To consider a response to the National Grid Pylon proposals, Grimsby to Walpole.
9. To receive an update on highways, footpath, and road closures.
a. To consider the problems with parking on Station Road.
b. Issues to be reported or already reported to fix my street.
10. Village Flood Investigation.
a. To receive a Flood Report Update.
b. To receive a review of the Action Plan.
c. To receive a report on the community flood defence update meeting in Wainfleet.
11. To consider hosting a D-Day Commemoration event.
12. To consider future meeting dates for 2024-25.
13. To consider agenda items for the next meeting.
14. To confirm the date of the next meeting as Thursday 9th May 2024.
