Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting to be held at Halton Holegate Methodist Chapel, Station Road, Halton Holegate, on Thursday 11th July 2024 commencing at 7:00pm.
There will be a public session at the beginning of the meeting. At the discreton of the Chair, members of the public will be invited to make representations or to ask questions in respect of matters on the agenda and other matters in the Parish. Time is set at a maximum of 3 minutes per person, or 15 minutes overall.
A maximum of a further 10 minutes will be allocated to receive brief reports from the Police and elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.
If the time allocated is not required, the Council will go into formal session.

1. Chairman’s Welcome.
2. Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest.
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.
4. To confirm the minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Council held on Thursday 9th May 2024.
5. Finances:
a. To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration for May.
b. To receive an updated Bank Reconciliation for May.
c. To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration for June.
d. To receive an updated Bank Reconciliation for June.
e. To receive a budget review for the first quarter of the financial year.

8. To receive an update on highways, footpath, and road closures.
a. To consider the problems with parking on Station Road.
b. To consider the Council’s response to the consultation on proposed waiting restrictions on Station Road.
c. Issues to be reported or already reported to fix my street.
9. Village Flood Investigation.
a. To receive a Flood Report Update.
b. To receive a review of the Action Plan.

11. To agree the regular payment schedule for 2024-25.
12. To agree procedures to provide signatories access to view the Council’s bank accounts online.
13. To provide the Chair of the Council full access to the Council’s bank accounts online.
14. To consider procedures for updating the Emergency Plan.
15. To receive an update on the website.
16. To consider agenda items for the next meeting.
