1 Apologies for absence

 These absences were formally approved, by vote, having
 considered and accepted the reason for absence
 
2 To sign as correct the Minutes from the last meetings held on 11th May 2018, Proposed Cllr Andrew seconded Cllr Mrs Holmes and unanimously agreed that that the Minutes should be signed

a) The Clerk has advertised the Councillor vacancy on the notice board and the web site – no response

6 Informative matters from LCC & ELDC Councillors
LCC Cllr Bowkett gave an update on the pothole situation.  It was suggested to her that Highways arrange to collect warning signs once roadworks have been completed
ELDC Cllr Swanson handed out a Councillor’s Community Grant Scheme Form to Cllr Mrs. Holmes for the Halton Holegate Ladies Tuesday Club

     Records Retention Policy
     Subject Access Request Procedure
     It was unanimously agreed that The Records Retention Policy should be 
     Renamed Records Retention & Destruction Policy, and then the Policies
     were adopted
     b GDPR Security Compliance checklist -to be completed by
     each Councillor – All Councillors present completed the check list, the
     Clerk will contact the other Councillors direct
     c It was unanimously agreed that the following actions should be taken
     To purchase 2 password protected Flash Drives, and one lockable tin 
     Box
     To pay for the ICO registration by Direct Debit
         
    12 Councillors Feedback
     Cllr Mrs. Holmes advised that former Cllr Peter Grant had died, it was 
     agreed that a card should be sent from the Council
     Cllr Mrs Holmes also reminded the Councillors that the Staff
     appraisal will take place on the 31 July 2018
