MINUTES OF THE HALTON HOLEGATE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 8th November 2018

1 Apologies for absence
Cllr Grant Cllr Ms. R Oliver. These absences were formally approved, by vote,
having considered and accepted the reason for absence
2 To sign as correct the Minutes from the last meetings held on 13thS September 2018, it
was unanimously agreed that that the Minutes should be signed

4 Clerks Report
a) The Clerk has advertised the Councillor vacancy on the notice board and the web site –
no response Noted
5 Correspondence received sent to Councillors before the meeting
None
6. Informative matters from LCC & ELDC Councilors
LCC Cllr Mrs Bowkett handed out some information on scams and It was agreed to put the information on the notice board and the website. Gritting routes were discussed.
Cllr Bowkett also promoted the app fixmystreet, where Councillors and residents can report highways issues
ELDC Cllr Swanson updated the Council on the following
Cycle England, Planning, ELDC pubic convenience, Viking Link appeal

It was proposed by Cllr Mrs Holmes seconded Cllr Andrew & unanimously agreed that these bills should be paid

c) the Auditors half yearly report was read out by Cllr Sisson
