Minutes Of The Halton Holegate Parish Council Meeting Held On 14th May 2020 By Way Of A Virtual Zoom Meeting

The Meeting began with a Roll Call

 

1 Resolution to Run Parish Council Meetings by Virtual Zoom Meeting in accordance with Government legislation in accordance with The Local Authorities And Police And Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility Of Local Authority And Police And Crime Panel Meetings) (England And Wales) Regulations 2020.

And to suspend Standing Orders to allow a 5-minute Public Participation Session

2 To Ratify the Resolutions approved by e mail due to Coronavirus

Proposed Cllr Sisson, seconded Cllr Ms Oliver & unanimously agreed

 

3 Apologies for absence

4 To sign as correct and adopt the minutes from the Parish Council Meeting held on 12th March 2020 aUnanimously agreed

9. Informative matters from LCC & ELDC Councilors

LCC Cllr Mrs Bowkett had sent her report out to all Councillors before the meeting, and answered the Councillors questions

ELDC Cllr Swanson – advised that East Lindsey are discussing a merger with Boston Borough Council

He also advised that bulk collections of waste had been suspended

12. Councillor’s feedback

Cllr Grant reported on the Emergency Plan

The Clerk was asked to report a pothole in the Holgate. Cllr Sisson advised that he would report  the problem through Fix my Street

Cllr Sisson thanked everyone present for taking part in the first Zoom Parish Council Meeting
