1 Apologies for absence
Cllr Andrew, it was unanimously agreed to accept the reason given.
2 Election of Chairman
Cllr Ms Oliver proposed Cllr Sisson, seconded Cllr Mrs. Holmes, and unanimously agreed. Cllr Sisson accepted the post but advised all present that this would be his last year. Cllr Sisson signed his acceptance of office.
3 Election of Vice Chairman
Cllr Ms Oliver proposed Cllr Mrs. Holmes, seconded Cllr Grant, and unanimously agreed. Cllr Mrs. Holmes accepted the post and signed her acceptance of office.
4 Declarations of Interest

5 To sign as correct the Minutes from the last meeting held on 11th March 2021.
After making an alteration to a spelling error it was proposed By Cllr Mrs. Holmes, seconded by Cllr Ms Oliver, and unanimously agreed that the Minutes should be signed.
6 To confirm the following appointments.

It was proposed by Cllr Mrs. Holmes, seconded by Cllr Ms Oliver, and unanimously agreed that the appointments should continue.
7 Matters to Report from last meeting.
a) Meeting with Halton Holegate C of E Primary School re
b) Defibrillator. – Cllr Sisson
Cllr Sisson reported on the meeting he attended with the school, they are very keen to go ahead with this project and will keep us informed, in the meantime we will look up funding streams. The Clerk will contact them again for further updates.c)) Letter sent to LCC in support of the proposed 30 MPH speed limit on Firsby Road

Northorpe Road – declined
Cllr Ms Oliver has spoken to ELDC direct and has asked if they will reconsider the Northorpe Road Bin.

Cllr Mrs. Bowkett - LCC – had sent a report to all Councillors before the meeting – there were no questions.
Cllr J Swanson – ELDC reported on the ELDC AGM, he also advised that he is still on the Planning Committee.
