   It was unanimously agreed that these Minutes should be signed

  a) The Clerk has removed the Co Option advert from the notice board, and has replaced it with
  the Election Notices

  The Clerk is to enquire as to whether this information can be put on the notice boards
  b) LALC – Clustering – Questionnaire
  Discussed and completed – Halton Holegate are not interested in clustering
